About

I’m a PhD student in Philosophy at the University of Leeds, working under the supervision of Prof. Helen Steward and Dr. Léa Salje.

I grew up in Easton, Pennsylvania, and did my undergraduate work in Politics and Philosophy at the University of Pittsburgh. I completed an MA in Philosophy at Florida State University in April 2016.

My primary research interests concern the metaphysics of agency and the free will debate. I also have significant interests in ethics generally (esp. meta-ethics, social and political philosophy) and epistemology.

Outside of academics, I enjoy making frequent treks into the magnificent Yorkshire countryside, playing softball and baseball, and doing some photography.
